1. General Refund Principles:

1.1. Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and are contingent upon the project’s adherence to agreed-upon specifications and requirements.

1.2. Refunds are not applicable for completed projects, services in progress, or projects that have been fully delivered and approved by the client.

2. Refunds (if applicable):
2.1. Refunds are not available for promotional or discounted offers, or after revisions have been implemented. They are applicable solely to the initial design concepts.
3. Client Responsiveness:
3.1. If a client remains non-responsive for 45 days, refund requests will not be entertained. Clients can, however, request a project hold by emailing us, particularly in cases of personal issues.
4. Project Forfeiture and Continuation:
4.1. In cases where a client wishes to discontinue the project after 30 days, refunds will not be applicable. Nevertheless, we offer the option to place the project on hold for later resumption.
5. Revisions and Modifications:

5.1. Clients forfeit the right to the refund specified above if they request additional revisions (even a single design change regardless of complexity) or modifications to the initial concepts.

5.2. Timely responsiveness to status notifications from Metaspheretechnologies is essential to maintain refund eligibility.

6. Non-Refundable Situations:

6.1. Refunds will not be granted for cases of change of mind, personal preference, or subjective dissatisfaction with the delivered project.

6.2. No refund will be issued if the client fails to provide necessary information or cooperation required to complete the project.

6.3. Domain registration fees, third-party software licenses, and other external expenses are non-refundable.

7. Web Design Services:

7.1. Clients may be eligible for a refund if the final website design significantly deviates from the initial design concepts and agreed-upon specifications.

7.2. Refunds will not be issued if design modifications are requested by the client after the project has commenced.

8. Logo Design Services:

8.1. Clients can request a refund if the delivered logo design does not align with the agreed-upon design concepts and initial brief.

8.2. Refunds will not be issued if design modifications are requested by the client after the project has commenced.

9. Web Content Writing:

9.1. Refunds will be considered if the content delivered substantially differs from the agreed-upon topics, tone, or quality.

9.2. Refunds will not be issued if the client requests changes to the content requirements after the project has begun.

10. Video Animation Services:

10.1. Refunds will be evaluated if the final animation does not match the agreed-upon storyboard and specifications.

10.2. Refunds will not be available if the client requests changes to the animation style or content after the project has commenced.

11. Mobile App Design and Development:

11.1. Clients may qualify for a refund if significant functional or technical issues arise that were not addressed within the project scope.

11.2. Refunds will not be granted if the client alters app features or requirements after the development phase has started.

12. Refund Process:

12.3. If a refund is approved, the processing will be carried out using the original payment method within 10 to 15 business days.
